Investing in Infrastructure
and Startups in Africa
Between African innovation and the global capital markets
We focus on two key areas: infrastructure and startups.
The story of Africadian Ventures begins in July of 2022 when Jason traveled to Seattle for the Mandela Washington Fellowship and met Zaylan at the University of Washington's CoMotion Labs. A year later, Zaylan traveled to Jason's home country of Namibia and witnessed firsthand the talent and potential of Africa's burgeoning economy. Through many conversations with Jason and Jesaya and working with dozens of Namibian entrepreneurs, the vision for Africadian Ventures and a partnership between Africa and Cascadia came to life.
